针对当前在油气开采开发过程中为了增加产量采取的酸化工艺而向地层注入的大量酸液,酸液在油气测试过程中随油气排出,导致测试和生产使用的地面计量设备面临硫化氢和酸液的严重腐蚀,因此开发一种能够有效应对这种工况的地面设备,实现油田油气清洁生产和安全、环保、减排的作业标准。

Presently a large number of acid to inject formation in order to increase the yield during the oil and gas exploration and development process,to the problem causing the surface measurement equipment testing and use in the production of the serious corrosion of hydrogen sulfide and acid,which is discharge with of oil and gasin the process of testing,a surface equipment to effectively meet the conditions has been developed,to achieve cleaner production and safety,environmental protection,emission reduction operation standard.
