摘要
为研究超声波法制备薄荷油β-环状糊精包合物的最佳工艺,采用正交试验研究原料配比和包合时间两个因素对薄荷油β-环状糊精包合物的超声波法制备工艺的影响,考察包合物的收率。得到最佳工艺条件为:β-环状糊精与薄荷油的用量比为6.0:2.0,包合时间为5 min/次,共1.5 h。此方法可用于制备薄荷油β-环状糊精包合物。
To study optimum inclusion process for β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of peppermint oil with ultrasonic wave method, orthogonal test with two factors including the amount of peppermint oil and inclusion time were used to find out the influence factors on reaction and yield. The optimal preparation conditions for β-cyelodextrin inclusion complex of peppermint oil were: amount ratio of β cyclodextrin to peppermint oil 6.0/2. 0, 5 min per time for inclusion, totally 1. 5 h. The method can be used to prepare β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of peppermint oil.
