摘要
发电机组静音箱设计的一个挑战是如何在满足声学性能的前提下,同时满足发动机的散热需求,确保发动机的功率不受影响。为此建立了静音箱内流场分析模型,并利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,模拟机组运行情况下的静音箱内部空气场、温度场和压力场的分布状况,用于指导和优化静音箱的结构设计。
The challenge of generator set soundproof canopy designing is how to meet the acoustic performance under the engine cooling system required, to ensure that the engine power will be not affected. Establish the flow analysis model inside of canopy, and using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method to simulate the field flow distribu- tion, temperature distribution and pressure distribution under the generator set operation, which can guide and opti- mize the canopy physical design.
