摘要
超声电机(Ultrasonic Motor,简称USM)是近二十年发展起来的一种全新原理的电机。基于虚拟仪器、硬件传感器及计算机搭建了超声电机的测试平台,通过数字滤波等处理和频域分析,实现对超声电机的重要元件(定子)振动信号的检测与分析。从系统硬件选择、软件设计及试验测试几个方面进行了详细论述。经试验证明,该系统结构简单,可以稳定运行。
Ultrasonic Motor(USM) is a new kind of motor which is being developed in the recent twenty years. A testing platform for USM is established,based on virtual instruments,sensors and computer. Through digital filtering,processing and frequency domain analysis to achieve to measure and analysis the vibration signal of important components of Ultrasonic Motor- stator. Hardware,software function models,test principle and experiment are discussed in details in the article. The experiment proved that the system is simple and stable.
