摘要
某细长薄壁件在车削加工过程中经常出现振动过大,导致加工误差大的现象。针对此种现象,应用有限元软件对其加工过程进行振动模态分析,得出其振动频率和振型,并结合其加工环境进行分析,找到了激振源,并提出了相应改进建议。
Violent vibrations often occur at thin-wall part in turning process, resulting in large machining elTor. This paper analyzes the vibration model on turning with finite element software. Acquired the frequency and shape, then analyzed with the work condition to find the excitation source, and gave some improve advice at last.
