在刑事案件的侦查过程中,每位侦查人员或早或晚都会遇到在侦查某一刑事案件时难以推进侦查进程,侦查工作处于一种僵持状态的情形,这就是我们所熟知的侦查僵局。突破侦查僵局推进侦查情势不断向前发展,对于最终侦破案件具有重要的意义,而如何突破侦查僵局更是大家研究的重点,任何问题的研究都是从概念出发的,只有明确了其概念才能作进一步的探讨。

In the course of the investigation of criminal cases, sooner or later every investigators will encounter situation which is difficult to advance the investigation process, such status of stalemate, which is that we know the investigation deadlock. To break the deadlock has great significance for solving the case finally, so practitioners and theorists in the study explore more and more about this part. The research is starting from the concept, only after got clear the concept, we can have further discussion, so this paper will be based on the concept to make preliminary theoretical discussion about the basic issues of investigative impasse.
