摘要
在已有的程序降温仪的基础上 ,提出并研制一种新型的内加热加压喷射式液氮程序降温仪。该降温仪不用低温电磁阀 ,不用风扇 ,且能达到较高的降温速率。同现有的喷射式降温仪相比 ,该降温仪具有性能可靠、成本低等特点。
Oh the basis of existed types of programmable cooler,a new type has put forward and developed.The liquid nitrogen is pressurized by internal heating in a dewar,and there are no solenoid valve working in low temperature.Therefore the new cooler is much safer and cheaper than the ordinary cooler of spurt type.
