摘要
提取细胞中的营养成份具有重要意义。基于低温玻璃化保存过程中的低温断裂现象 ,对目前常用细胞破碎技术进行了综述 ,在阐明其优缺点的基础上 ,提出了一种新的细胞破碎方法。通过比较分析 ,指出了该方法的可行性和优越性。
