摘要
为简化纳米石墨的制备工艺流程,以天然鳞片石墨为原料,通过化学法制备膨胀石墨,继而采用球磨法和超声波法制备纳米石墨,同时,研究了球磨时间和超声波时间对制备工艺的影响。结果表明:膨胀石墨的剥离,超声波法优于球磨法。随着超声时间的延长,膨胀石墨片层间剥离的越充分。通过SEM、XRD以及拉曼光谱分析可知,超声波时间超过5 h可制备出纳米石墨。
This paper is aimed at simplifying the process of preparing nano graphite and introduces the preparation of expandable graphite from natural flake graphite as the raw materials using chemistry method, the subsequent preparation of nano graphite using the combination of ball milling and ultrasonic method, and the analysis of the effect of milling time and ultrasonic time on the preparation of nano graphite. The results show that, following the preparation of expandable graphite by chemical method, stripping method using ultrasonic method compares favorably with the ball milling method; the extended ultrasonic time gives expandable graphite a fuller sheet delamination. SEM, XRD and Raman spectra a- nalysis shows that the preparation of nano graphite is possible with the ultrasonic time of more than 5 h.
