Floodgate Pillar Pre-stressed Anchor Construction in Shatuo Hydropower Station

沙沱水电站闸墩锚索体系采用无隔离架和注浆管的新型结构,预应力锚索的施工质量关系到闸墩的结构安全。通过采用三级超张拉及主锚索二次灌浆等施工工艺,充分利用了锚固体系的预应力富余值,保证了锚索孔注浆的密实度。锚索测力计的观测数据表明,锚索体系的施工质量优良。

A novel structure without isolation frame and grouting pipe is adopted in Shatuo Hydropower Station Floodgate Pillar Anchor System. The construction quality of pre-stressed anchor is related to the structural safety of floodgate pillar. The pre-stress surplusage of the anchor system is fully utilized by adopting construction process of grade 3 super-tension, main anchor secondary grouting, etc., thereby ensuring the density of anchor hole grouting. Anchor dynamometer observational data shows that the construction quality of anchor system is excellent.
