摘要
灌区工程条件复杂、范围广,发生重大设计变更之后,建设管理面临许多难题。本文介绍了洈水水库洛河渡槽发生重大设计变更后,项目法人建设管理的做法,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
Irrigation project conditions are complicated with wide range. Construction management is greatly challenged after major design changes. The practice of legal person construction management after major design change in Weishui Reservoir Luohe Aqueduct is introduced in the paper, thereby providing reference for similar projects.
