北京市门头沟区水务发展体系研究

Study of Water Development System in Beijing Mentougou District

本文结合水务发展面临的机遇与挑战,从城乡统筹角度对门头沟区域水务现状及远期2020年水务发展需求进行分析,提出了构建基于资金、服务、管理、保障"四位一体"的水务发展体系结构,为建设首都西部综合服务区提供坚实基础,促进全区经济、社会、文化、资源环境协调发展。

Combining water development opportunities and challenges, the author analyzes Mentougou District water situation and long-term 2020 water development demand from urban and rural coordination perspective in this paper. Construction of water development system structure on the basis of fund, service, management and protection ＇ four-in-one＇ system is proposed, thereby providing solid foundation for constructing comprehensive service area in the west of the capital, and promoting coordinated development of economy, society, culture and resource environment in the whole district.
