摘要 细菌内毒素,又称脂多糖,是革兰氏阴性菌细胞壁的组成成分,是一种强烈的促炎症分子。本文就内毒素在奶牛体内的产生,内毒素对牛乳中体细胞、乳蛋白、乳脂、乳糖和乳中矿物质的影响及其机制进行了综述。 Bacterial endotoxin, also called lipopolysaccharide, is a component of the cell wall of gram-negative bacteria, and is a potent pro-inflammatory molecule. This paper mainly reviews endotoxin generation in dairy cows, the effects of endotoxin on milk somatic cells, milk protein, milk fat, lactose, and milk minerals, and their mechanisms.
