摘要
本试验旨在测定我国不同地区棉籽粕的猪氨基酸标准回肠消化率,并用化学分析法建立棉籽粕的猪主要4种氨基酸标准回肠消化率预测模型。试验选用体重40 kg左右的"杜×长×大"三元杂交公猪12头,采用2个6×6拉丁方试验设计,每个拉丁方试验6头猪,包括5种棉籽粕试验饲粮和1个无氮饲粮。每个试验分为Ⅰ~Ⅵ期,每期为7 d,前5 d为预试期,后2 d为回肠末端食糜收集期。采用简单T型瘘管法测定棉籽粕的猪氨基酸标准回肠消化率。结果表明:棉籽粕的猪必需氨基酸标准回肠消化率平均值范围为69.42%~94.50%,具体为:赖氨酸74.63%、蛋氨酸69.42%、色氨酸77.95%、苏氨酸81.43%、缬氨酸83.26%、异亮氨酸81.97%、亮氨酸84.65%、苯丙氨酸89.97%、组氨酸87.89%、精氨酸94.50%。不同地区棉籽粕的猪必需氨基酸标准回肠消化率平均值范围为长江流域65.02%~95.96%、黄河流域68.02%~93.15%、西北内陆74.70%~95.76%。棉籽粕的猪主要4种氨基酸标准回肠消化率预测模型为:赖氨酸标准回肠消化率=-63.372+2.783×粗蛋白质(R2=0.499,RSD=5.119,P<0.05);蛋氨酸标准回肠消化率=98.861-1.623×粗纤维(R2=0.402,RSD=5.274,P<0.05);色氨酸标准回肠消化率=48.863-0.031×游离棉酚+1.001×粗蛋白质(R2=0.707,RSD=2.492,P<0.05);苏氨酸标准回肠消化率=114.937-0.050×游离棉酚(R2=0.449,RSD=5.443,P<0.05)。本试验研究表明,我国棉籽粕的猪氨基酸标准回肠消化率平均值差异较大,综合评价,长江流域棉籽粕多数必需氨基酸标准回肠消化率较高,西北内陆次之,黄河流域较低。依据棉籽粕化学成分,建立了棉籽粕的猪氨基酸标准回肠消化率预测模型。
This experiment was conducted to determine the amino acid standardized ileal digestibility of cottonseed meals from different areas of China and establish the predicating models of amino acid standardized ileal digestibility of cottonseed meals through analyzing the chemical composition of cottonseed meals. Twelve crossed-bred swine ( Duroc× Landrace × Yorkshine) with an average body weight of 40 kg were randomly assigned to two Latin square design treatments with 6 swine per treatment, and each treatment included five cottonseed meal diets and a N-free diet. Each Latin square treatment had I to VI periods, each period lasted for seven days, the first five days were pre-feeding period, and the final two days were sample collection period. The T-type fistula method was used to determinate the amino acid standardized ileal digestibility of cottonseed meals. The results showed as follows : the mean range of essential amino acid standardized ileal digestibility of cottonseed meals was from 69.42% to 94.50%, and the essential amino acid standardized ileal digestibility was Lys 74.63%, Met 69.42%, Trp 77.95%, Thr 81.43%, Val 83.26%, lie 81.97%, Leu 84.65%, Phe 89.97%, His 87.89% and Arg 94.50%. According to the different areas, the mean range of essential amino acid standardized ileal digestibility of cottonseed meal from Yangtze River basin was from 65.02% to 95.96%, that from Yellow River basin was from 68.02% to 93.15% , and that from Inland northwest was from 74.70% to 95.76%. The predicating models for amino acid standardized ileal digestibility were as follows: SLys= -63.372+2.783xCP (R2=0.499, RSD=5.119, P〈0.05); SMet=98.861-1.623×CF (R2=0.402, RSD=5.274, P〈0.05); STrp=48.863-0.031×FG+1.001 ×CP (R2 =0.707, RSD= 2. 492, P〈0.05); SThr=114.937-0.050xFG (R2=0.449, RSD =5.443, P〈0.05). The results indicate that the amino acid standardized ileal digestibility of cottonseed meals is different. Most essential amino acid standardized ileal digestibility of cottonseed meals from Yangtze River basin is the highest among the three ares, and the Inland northwest is better than Yellow River basin. The predicating models for amino acid standardized ileal digestibility are established according to the chemical composition of cottonseed meals.
