简易鼻腔通气管在鼻内镜术后患者中的应用

Application of the simple nasal ventilation tube in patients after nasal endoscopical surgery

目的：探讨简易鼻腔通气管在鼻内镜术后患者中的应用效果及护理方法。方法将43例鼻内镜手术患者采用随机数字表法分为通气管组23例和对照组20例，对照组术后行鼻部常规护理，填塞止血海绵；通气管组在术后在常规护理基础上，鼻腔放置通气管和填塞止血海绵，进行通气管护理，分别于术前和术后连续2 d采用视觉评分量表（ VAS）评估患者的鼻塞、鼻痛、头痛、眼胀、耳部不适、对饮食及睡眠影响等情况。结果两组患者术前VAS评分比较差异无统计学差异（ P＞0．05）。术后第一、二天，通气管组患者的鼻塞、鼻痛、头痛、眼胀、对饮食及睡眠影响的VSA评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ t值分别为-6．557，-2．022，-2．420，-2．410，-2．772，-2．559，-5．776，-2．772，-2．403，-3．200，-2．902，-0．413；P＜0．05）。结论鼻腔通气管能很好地缓解患者因鼻腔填塞引起的不适，从而改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application and nursing of the simple nasal ventilation tube in＆nbsp;patients after nasal endoscopical surgery .Methods Forty-three patients with nasal endoscopical surgery were randomly divided into the observation group （n=23） and the control group （n=20） according to the random number table . The control group received the routine nursing and packing hemostasia sponge , and the observation group received the simple nasal ventilation tube and the nursing of ventilation tube on the basis of the control group .The nasal congestion , nasal pain , headache , eye swelling , ear discomfort , the effect of diet and sleep were evaluated by the visual rating scale （ VAS） in the preoperative and postoperative 2 days.Results No difference was found in the score of VAS before the operation in two groups （P〉0.05）.The scores of nasal congestion, nasal pain, headache, eye swelling, the effect of diet and sleep in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group first and second day after the operation , and the differences were statistically significant （t=-6.557, -2.022, -2.420, -2.410, -2.772,-2.559, respectively;-5.776, -2.772, -2.403, -3.200, -2.902, -0.413, respectively; P〈0.05）.Conclusions Nasal ventilation tube can relieve the discomfort from nasal packing in patients , and improve their quality of life .
