基于综合评分法的造纸废水处理技术评估研究

Assessment method of papermaking wastewater treatment technologies based on comprehensive scoring method

为了解决造纸废水处理最优技术评估选择问题,提出了一种基于综合评分法的造纸废水处理技术评估方法.选择了A地区造纸废水处理技术作为研究对象,采用层次分析法建立了包含4个方面10项指标的造纸厂污水处理技术评估指标体系;采用随机值方法分析了评估结果对指标权重和指标分值的灵敏度.运用该方法对4种典型的造纸废水处理技术进行了评估,评估结果表明:该方法能有效地应用于A地区造纸厂废水处理技术评估中,指标权重和指标分值的变化对评估结果不灵敏,表明该评估方法是稳定的.

To assess and screen out the optimal papermaking wastewater treatment technolo- gy, this paper proposed an assessment method based on comprehensive scoring method. Studied the paperrnaking water treatment technologies in region A, an index system contains four aspects and ten indexes was established through analytic hierarchy process; the sensitivi- ty of assessment results to index weights and index scores was analyzed using the random val- ue method. Four typical technologies was assessed, results showed the assessment method could be well applied to assess papermaking wastewater treatment technologies in region A, assessment resuhs was not sensitive to changes in index weights or index scores, the assess- ment method was robust.
