摘要
运用有限元商用软件ABAQUS,分析了剪载荷下腹板开孔的复合材料翼梁的孔边应力分布及开孔补强性能.在应力分析中,讨论了开孔间距,开孔距离梁下缘条的高度及开孔形状对孔边应力分布的影响.研究表明开孔间距、开孔距离梁下缘条的高度及开孔形状对孔边应力集中程度都有影响,但是开孔距梁下缘条的高度和开孔形状影响较大;补强能降低开孔处的应力,提高结构承载能力.包边补强效果最好,双侧贴片补强次之,单侧贴片补强效果最弱.补强材料刚度越大,补强效果越好.
Stress analysis and reinforcement design of the composite I- section Beams under shear loading was conducted using commercial finite element software ABAQUS. The effects of three factors, i.e. spacing between two cutouts, height of the cutout to the bottom of beam, and shape of the cutout, on the stress distribution around the cutout and the load car- ry capacity were investigated. It was shown that the three factors have great effects on the stress level, and the height of the cutout to the bottom of beam and shape of the cutout have greater effects than the spacing between two cutouts. The reinforcement could reduce the stress around the cutout and enhance the load - carry capacity of the beam. Three reinforce- ments of the cutout in a composite I - section beam under are studied. Wrapped edge rein- forcement performs best, and then the double ring reinforcement. The single ring reinforce- ment had miner effect on reinforcement. The stiffer of the reinforcing material, the better performance of the reinforcing effect.
