摘要
基于北京大学中国经济研究中心的《关于中国企业社会责任的调查问卷》的数据,研究了对企业慈善捐赠行为产生影响的企业内外部因素.研究结果显示,企业高管的政治关联与企业主营产品市场竞争激烈程度与企业的捐赠行为呈现显著正相关.同时,还检验了规制(行业是否存在市场准入、政府对企业的监管力度、违规处罚力度等)以及高管特征(教育水平、经理是否为股东等)对于企业捐赠行为的影响,结果显示这些因素并不是企业捐赠行为的主要影响因素.
This paper provided empirical evidence on how corporate political capital and com- petition in product market affect corporate philanthropy decision. Used the dataset based on a survey of Chinese corporations' social responsibility which was carried out by economic re- search center of Peking University in 12 cities from different provinces in China. The results showed that, the corporate political capital and enterprise' s main product market competition have significant positive correlation with corporate philanthropy behavior. At the same time, also tested the regulation (market entry certification system, government regulation, punish- ment) and executive feature's (education level, whether the manager was shareholder as well) influence on corporate philanthropy behavior, results showed that these factors were not main influence factors of corporate philanthropy behavior.
