摘要
翻译质量的评价标准各个时期因不同目的和对象而不同。功能语言学认为语言有三种纯理功能,三种功能从不同角度阐释语言。概念功能体现客观世界的经历和主观世界的内心体验,按照概念意义句子按照不同的功能和意义进行分解,可以更好理解句子并提高翻译质量。
The evaluation standards of translation differ from time and objects of study. Three meta-functions arc introduced in the theory of functional linguistics, which study and illustrate language from different perspectives. Ideational function shows people＇ s experiences of inner and outer world. If the approach of ideational function is employed to divide sentences into smaller phrases or words according to different functions and meanings, we may better understand and translate the sentences.
