在努力输出中国文化软实力的背景下,中国文化软实力主体部分——中国文艺走向世界的大体思路是:一是可以坚守文艺的民族性与地域性特色;二是民族性地域性应该实行世界性与现代性转换之后才达到优秀文艺作品的标准;三是民族性向世界性的转换不是自然而然的,必须首先在民族性作品中蕴含世界性元素。
