摘要
实训教学作为高职院校教学活动的组成部分,是完成各专业人才培养方案的必要环节和重要保证,实训教学质量的高低决定着高职学生技术技能水平的高低。现阶段高职院校实训教学存在教学时间不足、教学体系分散、质量评价方法不科学等问题,影响了实训教学的效果。在以旅游管理类专业为例对高职院校实训教学中存在问题进行深入分析的基础上,提出改革建议:课程内实训采用分组教学,确保质量、外出考察做足功课、利用校企合作平台加强对假期社会实践的指导、完善顶岗实习质量评价体系、引进企业导师,提高教师专业技术技能水平、将就业指导课纳入人才培养方案。
The quality of practical training determines the level of students' technical skills. Currently, the practical training in advanced vocational colleges is associated with various problems, such as insufficient teaching time, decentralized teaching system, lack of effective evaluation methods and other issues. Using tourism management major as an example, this paper provides the in-depth analysis of existing problems in practical training in advanced vocational colleges. Based on the analysis, methods for reform in practical training is proposed.
