高校社会工作专业人才培养模式合理化思考——以广西大学为例

Think about promote the rationalization of college social work professional personnel cultivating in Guangxi province

当前广西高校社会工作专业人才培养模式大同小异,因而存在的问题也比较相似。为了促进广西高校社工人才培养模式的合理化,一方面应该尽可能创造一系列有利的外部条件,另一方面应该鼓励各有关高校根据实际情况进行积极的探索,以便在符合国内外通则的前提下形成各自的特点。在这个方面,广西大学进行了一些尝试并取得一定的成效,其做法或许能够起到"抛砖引玉"的作用。

The current modes of social work professional personnel cultivating in colleges and universities in Guangxi are alike except slight differences, so are the problems that exist. In order to promote the rationalization of the modes, on one hand, favorable external conditions should be created as far as possible, on the other hand, each college or university should be encouraged to explore actively according to it's own actual situation so as to conform a mode that manifests respective features in the premise of corresponding to general principles of both home and abroad. Guangxi University has carried out some attempts and achieved certain results which may be able to play the role of 'starting a discussion '.
