基于SaaS模式的基层医院合理用药监测与处方点评系统的开发

Development of Rational Drug Application Monitoring and Prescription Review System based on SaaS Model of Basic-Level Hospitals

目的建立一套适用于基层医院的合理用药监测与处方点评软件系统,为开展合理用药监测、处方点评等临床药学工作提供信息服务和技术支持。方法利用Oracle10g建立后台数据库,以Java编程语言以及powerdesigner建模工具开发系统。结果建立了一套基于SaaS模式的基层医院合理用药监测与处方点评系统,实现了基层医院处方上报、抽样、专家点评及合理用药监测等管理功能。结论建立的该系统能辅助基层医院有效规范医师处方行为,有效预防不合理用药及药物不良反应事件的发生,提供医药学信息服务,已成为日常医疗和药学服务工作中不可缺少的工具,适合在基层医院推广应用。

Objective To establish a set of suitable software system for the rational drug application monitoring and prescription review in the basic-level hospital, so as to provide information service and technical support for carrying out the rational drug application monitoring, prescription reviews, and clinical pharmacy works. Methods The background database was established based on Oraclel0g, and the modeling tool of Java programming language and powerdesigner were applied to development the system. Results The software system for the rational drug application monitoring and prescription review in the basic-level hospitals that was based on the SaaS model was established. The functions of prescription report, sampling, expert review in the basic-level hospitals and rational drug application monitoring and management were realized. Conclusion The established system can assist grassroots hospital to standardize prescription behavior of physicians, effectively prevent the irrational drug application and drug adverse reaction events, provide medical and pharmaceutical information services. The system has become a daily work indispensable tool, and it is suitable for popularization and application in basic hospitals.
