HPLC法测定连柏烧伤膏中小檗碱的含量

Quantitative Determination of Berberine in Lianbo Burn Cream by HPLC

目的建立连柏烧伤膏中小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC，色谱柱依利特C18（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．033mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈（60：40），检测波长265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0．11～0．33μg之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9996），平均回收率为99．51％，RSD为0．99％。结论测定方法简便、准确、重复性好、检测成本低，可用于该产品的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of berberine in LianBo Burn cream. Methods HPLC method was used. Hypersil ODS2 C18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used as column. Mobile phase was 0.033 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile （60： 40）. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results Berberine hydrochloride had a good linearship between 0.11～0.33μg （ r =0. 999 6 ）. The average recovery was 99.51%. RSD was 0.99%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, good reproducible and detection of low cost. It can be used for the quality control of Lianbo Burn cream.
