动车组MR-139型接地电阻的阻抗特性 被引量:13

摘要 动车组采用的MR-139型接地电阻在常温直流下为0.5欧姆纯阻型器件,能够保障动车组的良好接地,但在列车升降弓、主断路器动作等情况下,会产生高频高电压信号,对动车组车体形成电磁骚扰.本文针对MR139型接地电阻的高频特性展开研究,讨论了由于电阻器机械结构所引入的高频寄生参数,建立了该元件的高频等效电路模型,并简化出适合设计过程中预测计算的简化模型,设计了操作简单的测量方法,实现了在现场进行在线测试接地电阻的动态特性. Earthing resistor of MR-139 type used in EMU is of 0.5 ohms at room temperature under DC resistance. It can guarantee the good grounding. However, in the train lifting arch, main breaker action under such circumstances will produce a high frequency voltage signal, the formation of electro- magnetic disturbance on emus. Electromagnetic compatibility theory suggests that good grounding is the key to protect the electromagnetic compatibility of electrical and electronic system. Therefore, this paper researches high frequency characteristic of earthing impedance on basis of MR-139. In the view of high-frequency parasitic parameters introduced by resistor mechanical structure, the high frequency equivalent circuit model of the element is built, and simplification of prediction for the design process is proposed. Further measurement method has a simple design, which can realize the dynamic character- istics of the online test in the field to earthing impedance.
