This article states the importance of regional education cooperation. It points out that Southeast Asia should focus on its advantages and enhance the internal cooperation in order to expand its cooperation horizon in the world. The article analyzes the difficulties and problems of higher education cooperation in Southeast Asian region and mainly introduces the current education exchange programs organized by ASEAN University Network and its future development.
