试析革新开放以来越南华人经济新发展

New Economical Development of Chinese in Vietnam since Doi Moi

华人历来在越南的经济生活中扮演着重要角色。自1986年越南革新开放以来,越南华人的经济活动逐步走出前一阶段的低谷,呈现出多方面复苏发展的局面。这与华人自身的经营才干、国际环境的变化、越南对内政策的调整等息息相关。由于一些主客观因素的制约,目前越南华人的经济发展依旧存在若干问题,未来的发展前景仍存在不确定性。

The ethnic Chinese have played a significant role in the economic life in Vietnam since ancient times. Since the beginning of Doi Moi in 1986,the economic activities of Chinese in Vietnam gradually stepped out of low ebb,and turned to show a positive situation of comprehensive recovery and development.The appearance of the phenomenon is closely related to the business talent of ethnic Chinese,the changing of international environment,the adjustment of domestic policies of Vietnam,etc.However,due to the restrain of certain elements,current economic development of Chinese in Vietnam still faces several problems and some uncertainty in its future prospect.
