乳腺癌患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性研究

Correlational research of social support and quality of life in patients with mammary cancer

目的了解乳腺癌患者的生活质量,研究乳腺癌患者生活质量与社会支持的关系。方法对92例乳腺癌患者采用"社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和生活质量调查表(EORTC QLQ-C30)"进行问卷调查,且与72例健康对照组进行比较。结果乳腺癌患者的生活质量较健康对照组差;乳腺癌患者较健康对照组获得较高的社会支持(P<0.01);社会支持与乳腺癌患者生活质量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌患者的生活质量与社会支持两者密切相关,护士应该充分发挥社会支持的作用,提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the values of social support in the quality of life in patients with mammary cancer. Methods Questionnaire survey was done in 92 patients with mammary cancer, using EORTC QLQ-C30 and SSRS. Seventy healthy volunteers were studied as control group. Results The quality of life in patients with mammary cancer were lower than the control group but the social support were higher （P〈0.01）. Social support had a positive correlation with the quality of life in patients with mammary cancer（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Social support plays an important role in the quality of life in patients with mammary cancer and medical staffs must attach importance to it.
