摘要
人类偏肺病毒是新近发现的一种新型致病病毒,感染主要发生在冬春季节,感染后可导致急性上呼吸道感染及支气管炎、肺炎;它可以发生在所有年龄组,但以儿童和免疫力低下者最为常见,国内外有许多相关儿童呼吸道感染的研究。目前对其结构及其临床特点研究较多,但对其致病机制、免疫机制研究较少,国外对其疫苗的研究也已有相关报道。该文将目前国内外相关免疫及其相关疫苗研究进展予以综述。
Human metapneumovirus（ hMPV） is a new type of virus found recently which can lead to a major acute upper respiratory infection and bronchitis and pneumonia,mostly happening in winter and spring. The disease may happen in all age groups,especially in children and hypoimmunity groups. Much research about respiratory tract infection in children has been reported both in China and abroad. The current research is more about its structure and clinical characteristic,less about pathogenic mechanism and immunologic mechanism. hMPV vaccine is being studied abroad,and here is to make a review of recent progress in the related immune and vaccine research at home and abroad.
