摘要
紫草素是从中药紫草中提取的萘醌类化和物,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗血小板、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性。紫草素能明显抑制肝癌、结肠癌、胃癌细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡,而对正常细胞不良反应小,其作用机制包括激活胱天蛋白酶家族启动凋亡、引起Bcl-2蛋白酶家族表达变化从而促进细胞色素C的释放、诱导活性氧类的产生等。该文对紫草素诱导消化系统肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用及其机制进行综述。
The naphthoquinone pigment,shikonin,isolated from lithospermum erythrorhizon,has multiple pharmacological properties such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiplatelet and antitumor effects etc. Shikonin can inhibit cell proliferation in hepatic cancer,colon cancer or gastric cancer and induce apoptosis of such cancers,while it has less cytotoxic side-effect on normal cells,through the mechanisms including: activating caspase protease family to initiate apoptosis,causing changes in expression of Bcl-2 family of proteinsto promote the release of cytochrome C and induce the production of reactive oxygen species. Here is to make a review of the apoptosis-inducing effects of shikonin on digestive system neoplasms and its mechanisms.
