摘要
激素性股骨头坏死是骨科常见病、多发病,其发病机制复杂,尚无统一定论。目前对其发病机制研究较多的是细胞凋亡。在其发病过程中骨细胞和成骨细胞发生凋亡,骨形成受到抑制;而破骨细胞的活性增强,数量相对增加,骨吸收增强。骨重塑过程包括骨形成及骨吸收两个方面。该文主要研究骨重塑与激素性股骨头坏死的关系以期为治疗本病提供一条新的思路。
Glucocorticoid-induced necrosis of femoral head,a most common disease in orthopedics,has complex pathogenesis,without unfied theory so far. At present research of the pathogenesis is more about the apoptosis. In the pathogenesis,osteocytes and osteoblasts apoptosis inhibit bone formation,while the activity of osteoclasts increase with relatively increasing number and strengthened bone absorption. Bone remodeling process includes bone formation and absorption. Here is to provide a new idea for the treatment of the disease by studying the relationship between the bone remodeling and the glucocorticoid-induced necrosis of femoral head.
