The Research Progress of Orthostatic Hypertension

体位性高血压(OHT)的发病机制目前尚不明确,可能与患者静脉、静脉窦的"重力血管池"过度充盈有关,也可能与交感神经系统被过度激活有关。OHT的诱发因素包括糖尿病等基础代谢性疾病、膳食成分、运动体位的变化等。OHT可损伤患者的认知功能、对高血压患者的靶器官及血压都有一定的影响,需加以重视,且需避免与高血压相混淆。

The pathogenesis of orthostatic hypertension（ OHT） is unclear,which may be associated with the ＂ gravity vascular pool＂ over-filling of venous and venous sinus,or with the over-activation of the sympathetic nervous system. The OHT predisposing factors include diabetes and other basic metabolic diseases, dietary ingredient,exercise and posture changes. OHT could damage the patient＇ s cognitive function and blood pressure target organs,which calls for more attention,and avoiding confusion with hypertension.
