摘要
主要研究了不同粒径碳酸钡高温分解排气对550 kN大吨位直流电瓷烧成后的氧化泡现象的影响。结果表明:碳酸钡粒径的大小与瓷质的烧成质量有直接关系。瓷质的气孔相分布随着碳酸钡中位径D50的逐渐增大而变化,最大孔径及平均孔径均呈逐渐增大趋势。在生产条件不变的情况下,当使用中位径D50小于等于7.62μm的碳酸钡时,烧成的550 kN直流电瓷产品的气孔相分布较合理,没有出现氧化泡现象。
The effect of pyrolysis gas of BaCO3 with different particle size on the oxidative bubble phe- nomenon of 550 kN DC electric porcelain in sintering was mainly studied. The results show that the sin- tering quality of the porcelain has direct relation with the particle size of BaCO3. The stoma phase distri- bution of the porcelain changes with the increase of median diameter D50 of BaCO3, the maximum pore size and average pore size increase gradually. When the median diameter D50 of BaCO3 is less than 7.62μm, stoma phase distribution of the 550 kN DC electric porcelain is more reasonable, and the oxidation bubble phenomenon don't appear.
