摘要
欠压脱扣器作为断路器中重要的元件之一,对欠压—分闸起着关键性作用。零电压(失压)延时脱扣器作为一种特殊形式的欠压脱扣器,在电源电压失压以后,依靠自身功能,按设定的延时时间延时后令电磁铁失电—脱扣。在分析了国家标准等问题后,提出了零电压脱扣器新方案。结合方案,就主电路、电压信号检测、单片机电路等主要问题展开了讨论。最后给出了实际效果。
As one of the key components of the circuit breaker,under-voltage release plays a key role in under-voltage opening. Zero-voltage delay release,a special form of under-voltage release,will switch off and release the electromagnet after the elapse of the set delay time,following loss of power voltage. After an analysis on national standards,a new scheme of zero-voltage release is presented and the subjects of main circuitry,voltage signal detection and single-chip circuit are discussed. Finally,the actual effect of the scheme product is given.
