摘要
为使吸油烟机实现自动调速、降低噪音并最大限度地节能,阐述了以TMS320F28035为主控芯片、MSP430G2553为触控芯片、NRF24L01无线通信模块应用于联动型吸油烟机燃气灶的软硬件架构。吸油烟机电机采用正弦波驱动的BLDC,吸油烟机与燃气灶无线通信,输出转速与火力大小同步。装置BLDC控制采用IPM智能模块,软件采用正弦波控制、SVPWM驱动方法实现。BLDC转子位置采用软件模拟定位技术及加入换相超前角,用最小的电流幅值来获得最大的输出转矩。测试结果表明:装置实现了效率高、智能化、使用成本低等特点。在智能家庭厨房应用中具有很好的市场前景,并为低成本的应用领域奠定了坚实的基础。
This paper describes the software /hardware frame for a coordinated range hood and gas cooker using TMS320F28035 as the main control chip,MSP430G2553 as the trigger chip and NRF24L01 wireless communication module to realize automatic speed regulation, noise reduction and maximal energy saving for the range hood. The range hood is driven by a sinusoidal wave BLDC. Wireless communication is realized between the range hood and gas cooker,with the output rotation speed being synchronous with the fire power. BLDC control adopts IPM,the software adopts sinusoidal wave control,and SVPWM drive is used in this device. The BLDC rotor is positioned through software simulation,and advance commutation angle is added to obtain maximal output torque through minimal current value. The test result shows that high efficiency and low operational cost is achieved in the intelligent device. It has a good market prospective in the intelligent kitchen application and lays a solid foundation for low-cost application.
