摘要 为了更加高效、安全对中压直流负载进行控制,设计了基于S7-300 PLC的中压直流负载控制系统。介绍了系统的工作原理,给出了控制系统方案及软硬件结构的设计思路。通过S7-300 PLC的程序设计,实现了对中压直流负载的功率控制。并利用PC控制台上基于Lab VIEW的人机界面,完成了对负载功率的操作,并实现了相关参数的显示、计算及存储。代替了传统的电气控制系统,具有系统稳定、操作简单、显示准确的特点,使其具有很好的应用价值。 To achieve more effective and safe control of medium voltage DC load,a control system of medium voltage DC load is designed based on S7-300 PLC. This paper introduces the working principle of the system and discloses the scheme of the control system and the design thought of software and hardware structures. The S7-300 PLC programming accomplishes the power control of medium voltage DC loads. Through the Lab VIEW-based man-machine interface on the PC control panel,the operation of the load power is completed,and display,computation and storage of related parameters are realized. Replacing traditional electrical control system, this control system is characterized by stability,simple operation and accurate display and therefore has a high value of application.
