摘要
利用化学镀方法获得了(Ni-P)-Si3N4复合镀层,并研究了Si3N4颗粒含量、pH及热处理条件对镀层硬度及耐磨性的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜观察,镀层表面平整,Si3N4微粒均匀复合在镀层中。机械性能测试表明,镀层的硬度与耐磨性能随着镀液中次磷酸钠质量浓度的增加呈现出先提高后降低的趋势。当镀液中Si3N4质量浓度为10g/L时,镀层硬度及耐磨性最好,热处理后的镀层硬度高达1088HV。
(Ni-P)-Si3N4 composite coatings were prepared by electroless deposition in this paper.The effects of Si3N4 particle content,pH value and annealing treatment conditions on the friction property and hardness of (Ni-P)-Si3 N4 composite coatings were studied in detail.The SEM results showed that the coating surface was smooth and the Si3N4 particles dispersed uniformly in the coatings.The mechanical performance test results indicated that the friction property and hardness of (Ni-P)-Si3N4 composite coatings first increased then decreased with the increasing of the mass concentration of sodium hypophosphite.The best friction property and hardness could be obtained when the mass concentration of Si3N4 was 10 g/L in the solution.And after annealing treatment,hardness of the coatings could reach 1088 HV.
