摘要
通过问卷调查和文献分析的方法,对福州地区大学城外籍教师跨文化交际问题进行了调查,并对调查数据进行了统计与分析。其目的在于研究影响外籍教师在福建高校所遭遇的跨文化交际的因子。基于研究结果,对如何提高外籍教师跨文化能力提出几点建议,以期创造一个良好的跨文化英语学习环境,促进大学英语教学。
This study explored and analyzed intercultural issues that international teachers confront in colleges and universities of Fuzhou University Town by using the method of questionnaire survey and literature analysis. It aimed at examining factors that influence international teachers' intercuhural communication. Based on the results collected, this study tries to seek some solutions to improve international teachers' intercultural competency, therefore creating a favorable intercultural English learning environment to promote college English teaching.
