高校基层党组织建设中存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems in University Grass-root Party Organization Construction and Countermeasures

高校党建是党的建设的重要组成部分,它关系着高校校园良好风气的形成,关系着未来社会发展的人才素质,关系着高校党性的纯洁不变质。世情国情党情的变化对高校基层党组织建设提出了更高要求。针对高校基层党组织建设中存在的问题,结合高校党建工作实际,通过加强师德建设,深化思想政治教育,合理设置党支部,推进领导体制和部门制度建设,创新组织活动内容形式等途径,促进高校基层党组织建设的蓬勃发展。

University party organization construction is an important part of party construction, influencing the formation of good university learning atmosphere, talent quality in the future and the purity of CPC. The change of world situation, national situation and party situation poses higher requirements for university party organization construction. According to the problems in university grass- root party organization construction, combined the work practice of university party construction, this paper proposes that the teacher ethics should be strengthened, ideological and political education should be deepened, party branch should be established scientifical- ly, leadership system and department system should be pushed forward and organization activities should be innovated to promote the vigorous development of university grass-root organization construction.
