针对新时期教育学院图书馆存在的资金短缺、管理落后、服务质量不高等问题进行分析和思考,提出了要不断加强文献资源及网络化建设,创新服务理念,改变服务模式,以适应新时期读者的新要求。

This paper analyzes and reflects upon the problems such as the shortage of funds, the backward management and the unsatisfactory service quality in the library of education college in the new era. The strategies are put forward, including strengthening the construction of literature resources and network, innovating the concept of service and changing the service mode in order to adapt the library to the new requirements of the new - age readers.
