摘要
针对微型涡喷发动机用的超高速发电机损耗的计算方法进行研究。首先,基于滑移边界建立了高速电机空载磁场有限元模型计算,得到定子铁心磁密随时间变化波形,通过傅里叶分解得到基波磁密和各次谐波磁密,根据Bertotti铁耗计算模型进行定子铁耗分布的计算,研究了铁心材料、定子结构尺寸及不同转速情况下的铁耗大小。
Calculation method of micro turbojet engine ultra high speed generator loss is studied in the paper. Firstly, basing on the slip boundarythe noload magnetic field finite element model is established to calculate the stator core flux density changes with time waveform,which is decomposed into fundamental magnetic flux density and the harmonic magnetic flux density with Fourier trans- form. Secondly, with the stator iron loss model Bertotti the distribution of consumption - iron is calculated. Finally, the iron loss is analyzed at the different input conditions such as the core material, the structure and size of the stator and different speed.
