从观赏竹种选择、配置、养护管理等方面介绍了观赏园林竹子栽培技术。指出建设城市观赏竹园必须根据当地气候、土壤等条件,并根据竹子的生物学特性,结合造景需要,合理规划竹种布局与配置。

Cultivation techniques of ornamental bamboo were introduced from bamboo option, configuration and maintenance management. It pointed out that the construction of urban ornamental bamboo garden must be according to local condition such as climate, soil, biological characteristics, and meet the needs of landscape for reasonable planning bamboo layout and configuration.
