摘要
用降解菌剂使秸秆还田,可以使秸秆快速降解,配施一定量的菌剂对土壤中微生物种群数量有很大影响。结果表明,真菌、细菌、放线菌总数及功能菌(自生固氮菌、硝化细菌、纤维素分解菌)之间差异极显著,各种酶活力也呈递增趋势,且差异达极显著水平。长期施用,可以明显培肥地力,提高产量。
Degradant additive in the application of the straw returning can make the rapid degradation of straw, and has a great influence on microbial populations of the soil within a certain range. The study showed that the total amount of fungi, bacteria, actinomyces and itrogen-fixing bacteria, nitrifying bacteria, cellulose decomposing bacteria was very significant difference. All kinds of enzyme activity also showed a trend of increasing, and the difference was very significant level. The long-term use could obviously enrich the soil fertility and increase production.
