In a railway station integrated transport hub. the problem of the design of passenger transfer among all kinds of traffics is the important link to realize the integrated transport. Taken Nanjing South Railway Station as an example, the article explores tile design and construction management nf transfer at a railway transportation complex, provides some suggestions on how to build good passenger railway stations in the new historical period, making stations integrate into cities in the planning design, function layout, and traffic organization and realizing harmonious development of traffic and city functions, and on how to overall coordinate the relationship between railways and local governments for the same type of rtansport hubs.
