基于读者需求的少儿图书馆服务创新研究——以陕西省图书馆少儿分馆为例

Study of Service Innovations by Children's Libraries Based on Readers' Needs——take Children's Library of Shaanxi Province for example

少年儿童的健康成长是国家和民族的希望,少儿图书馆对于培养少年儿童的阅读习惯,促进身心发展起着重要作用。只有不断提升和创新少儿馆的读者服务,了解和满足少儿读者需求,才能达到服务创新的目的和实现少儿图书馆的真正价值。本文以陕西省图书馆少儿分馆为例,通过问卷调查等方法获取和分析读者需求,提出少儿图书馆读者服务存在的问题,同时结合国内外实例,探讨服务创新内容及发展趋势。

Children is the hope of our people and our nation. Children＇ s libraries are of great importance for developing the reading habit of children and for improving their physical and mental health. Only by continuous improvement and innovations of services, by understanding and meeting the needs of readers, could the aim of service innovations and the value of children＇ s libraries be achieved. With the Children＇ s Library of Shaanxi Province as an example and on the basis of an analysis of readers＇ needs through questionnaires, this paper points out the existing problems in children＇ s libraries and, based on some cases, probes into the content and trend of service innovations.
