摘要
在目前的煤压块活性炭生产过程中,存在生块强度低,返料多,成品率低的问题,根据新疆活性炭生产厂实际情况,分析了煤干法压块和活性炭生产工艺对活性炭强度的影响,指出煤及配煤的成型性、粘结剂种类和添加量、粒度级配、成型设备特性、干燥和预氧化工艺及设备是影响生块强度的主要因素。
In the current production process of briquette activated carbon, there are problems of raw briquette with low intensity, high material reverting and low yield. Analyzes the effect of dry coal briquetting and activated carbon productive technology on the intensity of activated carbon products after on-the-spot investigation of Xinjiang activated carbon factory. The main factors in- fluencing the raw briquette intensity include eompactibility of coal and coal blending, the types and additive dosage of binder, granularity grading, features of molding equipments, and the selection of equipment and technologies of drying and pre-oxidation.
