摘要 当今中国复合调味品产业发展较快,是一朝阳产业。它在生产和管理方面仍存在一些问题,与发达国家相比存在一定差距。中国调味品业应通过强制应用HACCP系统,提高复合调味品的质量;汲取中国传统的调味精华,运用现代科技,创新产品;加强包装宣传和现代媒体营销,打破调味品消费的地域性;强化复合调味品的国家标准和行业标准,使我国复合调味品产业健康发展。 However, Chinese compound condiment industry is a rising industry, which has developed rapidly recently compared with developed countries, there are some problems in production and management. This paper suggests several countermeasures for the sound development of the industry. Namely, enforce the appli-cation of HACCP system to improve the quality of final products; for product innovation; break the regional limits of condiment packaging and modem media of publicity; promote the industry combine traditional and modem technologies consuming by marketing strategies as novel and state standardization of compound condi-ments.
