摘要
以慢裂快凝型明色改性乳化沥青为胶结料,将其与满足规范要求的浅色粗细集料、P·O 42.5白色水泥及增白剂粉料组成混合料,并与自来水拌和成型明色稀浆混合料,对其施工性能、路用性能、表观特性、表观亮度等进行试验分析。结果表明,明色稀浆混合料具有良好的施工性能及路用性能,其路表构造深度、摩擦系数摆值、渗水系数等指标均满足JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》的要求,具有良好的社会应用前景。
After forming slow-cracking & fast-setting type bright color modified emulsified asphalt as cementing material, light color coarse and thin aggregates satisfying the requirements of specification, P. 042.5 white cement and whitening agent powder into a mixture, and then blending into bright color slurry mixture with tap water, this paper carries out experimental analysis for its construction performance, road performance, apparent properties and apparent brightness, etc. The result shows that bright color slurry mixture has perfect construction performance and road performance, and its indices including road surface structure depth, friction coefficient BPN and water permeability coefficient, etc. satisfy the requirements in JTG F40--2004 " Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement", showing promising social application.
