高湿环境下某地驻训官兵心理健康状况调查

Investigation of mental health status among soldiers receiving field training in a highly humid environment

目的初步了解高湿环境下部队官兵心理健康状况。方法同《高湿环境下患病中医症候分布调查分析》一文。结果高湿环境下,部队官兵SCL-90量表9个维度得分均显著低于国人常模,女性官兵的躯体化、强迫症状、恐怖、偏执和精神病性5个维度得分高于男性官兵(P<0.05),患有任意中医症候的官兵SCL-90各维度得分均高于无中医症候的部队官兵(P<0.05)。结论高湿环境下,男性官兵的心理健康状况优于女性官兵;无中医症候的官兵心理健康状况优于患有任意中医症候的官兵。

Objective To preliminarily explore the mental environment. Methods The methods were the same as those used health status of military officers and soldiers in highly humid in the article of Investigation and analysis on distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms among troops in a highly humid environment. Results In the high humid environment, the scores in nine dimensions in the SCL-90 scale of the officers and soldiers were significantly lower than those of the national norm. The scores of female officers and soldiers in 5 dimensions including somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, fear, paranoid ideation, and psyehoticism were all higher than those of the male officers and soldiers（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the army officers and soldiers with no TCM symptoms, those with any of the TCM symptoms had higher scores in every dimension of SCL-90 （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In highly humid environment, the overall mental health status of the male officers and soldiers is superior to that of the female. The status of those without TCM symptoms is superior to that of those with any symptoms.
