摘要
工艺建模区别于设计建模,更多的是考虑装夹、干涉检查、走刀路线等加工工艺要求.为了获得符合工艺要求的工艺建模,加工出合格的产品.以汽车润滑箱底座数控加工为例,通过对零件进行数控加工工艺分析,运用UG软件,在设计模型的基础上,通过创设必要的辅助线、面及实体,建立起一系列符合数控加工工艺要求的模型.通过采用合理的装夹方式和工艺参数,加工出符合要求的零件.
Distinguished from design modeling,process modeling pays more attention on processing requirements such as clamping,interference checking and moving path.In order to obtain process modeling which meets the processing requirements and produce acceptable products,this paper carries out NC machining process analysis on the component of base of automobile lubrication box.With UG software and based on design model,this paper establishes a series of models which meet NC machining process requirements through creating necessary auxiliary lines,planes and entities.Through adopting reasonable clamping method and technological parameters,components which meet the requirement are produced.
